Today I’m celebrating the audio release of the second Widows’ Club book, Wedding the Widow!
The book is available on both Audible (free with subscription) or on CD as an Audio book, read by the wonderful British voice actress, Anne Flosnik, who has been contracted to read the entire Widows’ Club series! Click here for the Amazon link.
The audio CD of Wedding the Widow is available on Amazon. Click here to listen to an excerpt on Amazon.
To Woo A Wicked Widow, Book 1 of the series, released as an audio book September 20 and Book 3, What A Widow Wants, will release on audio book on November 26! Book 4, Much Ado About A Widow, releases in stores on New Year’s Eve, with the release of that audio book sometime in the new year.
In celebration of this audio release, I’ll be giving away a copy of Wedding the Widow on Audio CD to one random commenter who tells me why you like audio books!

I love audio it makes life a story and takes you out of the dreaded house without leaving. I listen while cleaning, cooking and tuning out my husbands TV shows. I also have my mom listening as she is going blind. She has always been an avid reader and now she can still have her books.

I’ve always been afraid to do that for fear I’d be so intent on the story I’d miss my exit!

That’s my feeling too, Glenda. One reason I haven’t tried them yet. I guess now I really have to listen to one so I can help persuade readers to listen to my books. 🙂

I love audiobooks because I have been so busy with college that I miss reading my romance books. Plus I get tired of reading for school. Audiobooks still feed my reading addiction while resting my eyes.

That is such a great point, Celvia! It would take away some eye strain, especially if you read a lot.

This is becoming a big selling point for me, Suzanna. I really do need to work one into my schedule. I don’t think I could listen to one of mine, though. I’d be too intent on making sure the book didn’t have any mistakes in it!

Someone else who’s uninitiated! We should form the Audio Book Plunge Club and all listen to our first book at the same time, then compare notes!

I’m really afraid to do that, Carole. Do you ever listen so intently you miss an exit or take a wrong turn?! That would be my greatest fear of listening while I was driving. LOL

I have to confess, Gina, that I’ve never listened to an audio book! But that sounds like a great way to make housework go by faster!
