Today’s post is about Halloween themed treats.
Every year when my girls were growing up, we held a Halloween party for them. I’d decorate the house, make a vat of lime sherbet punch in a tall black pot, and bake all kinds of spooky treats for the kids. I ate the treats too, of course, but the most fun for me was discovering the spookiest looking treats to make. Using my creativity for Halloween has always made me happy.

What fun ideas. I have done the mummy hot dogs and the kids really enjoyed them. Now with no little ones around, a hot buttered rum or spiced cider is most likely to be my treat.
